Shipping Policy
We take great care to ensure all orders are packaged securely and dispatched promptly. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping provider, customers may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of the original purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Talaria Lux is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers after the order has been dispatched. Customers are encouraged to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Any claims regarding lost parcels must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may require customers to cooperate with any investigation conducted by the shipping carrier before a refund can be processed.
This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and does not exclude any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
